This 72′ x 120′ post-frame warehouse was engineered for performance and longevity, featuring 18′ ceiling heights to accommodate racking and inventory needs while maintaining open-span flexibility for forklifts and material flow. The front office façade incorporates stone wainscot detailing, adding a polished, client-facing look that transitions seamlessly into steel wainscot around the warehouse for durability and ease of maintenance.
Natural eave lights illuminate the warehouse interior, creating a bright, energy-efficient workspace. At the rear, four large overhead doors and a dedicated walk door streamline shipping and receiving operations. Four decorative cupolas complete the exterior, lending a refined finish to this practical industrial solution.
