Project Overview:

When Matt Weber set out to open his own auto repair shop, he needed a building partner who could bring his vision to life with reliability, function, and long-term value. Walters Buildings delivered a 54′ x 72′ post-frame commercial garage and office, custom-designed to meet the everyday demands of a growing automotive business.
The Building:
The building includes four insulated overhead doors that open to three full-service mechanic bays, designed for efficiency, safety, and easy vehicle movement. Inside, the layout features a front office, bathroom, parts room, and mezzanine for additional storage, giving the space the organization and flow needed to support daily operations.
Built with JWS charcoal steel siding and black trim, the exterior is accented with red bollards to protect the structure during vehicle entry. The result is a space that’s not only built to perform, but built to last, providing Matt and his team a solid foundation for success for decades to come.
