Project Overview:
The School District of Cedarburg needed a new facility to support its Building and Grounds Department; one that could consolidate storage, maintenance, and administrative functions under a single, efficient roof. The Building:
Completed in 2020, this 60′ × 120′ post-frame building stands as a model of functionality and performance. The facility features five overhead doors, an in-floor drainage system, and an additional rear overhead door for easy vehicle flow. Inside, the layout provides dedicated office space, a breakroom, restrooms, a kitchenette, and secure storage for past projects and blueprints, everything needed to keep district operations running smoothly.
This project was a complete turnkey build, including insulation, sitework, concrete, drywall, overhead doors, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, delivering a finished facility ready for immediate use.
