Each 1,700 sq. ft. unit combines industrial-grade strength — featuring 28-gauge steel panels averaging 92,000 PSI tensile strength — with professional appealthat make these spaces ready to lease or owner-occupy from day one.


The Buildings:
The Hustisford Business Condos span 42′ x 160′ with a 16′ eave height, providing generous clearance for vehicles, lifts, equipment and storage. Each of the four individual shop units is equipped with a 14′ x 14′ insulated overhead door and a private steel walk door for easy access.
The structure combines performance with polish: light gray JWS steel siding is paired with a charcoal roof, wainscot, and trim for a modern, professional appearance. Built for Wisconsin’s climate, the units include in-floor radiant heat, fully insulated walls and ceilings, and private restrooms, creating year-round comfort for tenants.
An exposed rear concrete wall was integrated into the hillside for natural insulation and added structural strength, showcasing Walters’ attention to detail and adaptability to site conditions.
