Project Overview:
After years of renting commercial storage space, this Allenton customer decided it was time to invest in ownership, creating a pair of post-frame buildings designed for efficiency, flexibility, and long-term value. Walters Buildings brought that vision to life with two custom structures: a combined office and single-bay storage unit, followed by a larger multi-bay storage building built to support future expansion and commercial use.

The Buildings:
The office and single-bay storage building measures 30′ x 50′ and includes a welcoming office addition with a covered lean-to porch for the main entrance. The second building, completed shortly after, measures 48′ x 64′ x 16′ and features three oversized overhead doors, each paired with a dedicated walk door for easy access.
Both buildings were finished with Walters’ signature red JWS steel roof panels, tan side and end walls, and cream trim, creating a coordinated, professional look. Cupolas and snow guards were added for both function and visual appeal, ensuring performance through Wisconsin’s changing seasons.
